Sociology- is a scientific endeavour to study-society; (social structure, social institutions, social change etc.).
The subject matter of sociology is not new to any student

Teaching Approach
In the initial classes a conceptual understanding of the basic concepts shall be provided assuming none of the
students has background in the subject. Then we will move on to the different sociological perspectives and
methodologies and then on to the various topics. Simultaneously, special attention is given on developing
answer-writing ability. Unit, wise test will be conducted and thought frame works of all past 10 years question
and model answers of important question will be provided. We believe in enhancement of your potential.
